How we bid
Akopi Builders (CSLB #1112420) bids the job and holds the contract as the general contractor. The electrical work itself is done by licensed electrical contractors working under that contract. You get one bid, one contract and one point of contact.
VoltGen Energy operates under Akopi Builders, CSLB #1112420. Electrical work is performed by licensed C-10 electrical contractors. Check the license at CSLB.
What we bid
- Tenant improvements: the electrical scope of an office, retail or restaurant build-out.
- Service upgrades: new or larger services, panels and switchgear changes, with utility coordination.
- Lighting: new and replacement lighting and controls.
- EV charging for commercial and multifamily properties, including the panel or service work behind it.
- Data-center electrical scopes.
Each of these is priced as a bid item from your drawings. We do not publish prices for commercial work.
